Profound experience I have had multiple sessions with Melissa--each with different intention--using hypnosis and/or reiki. The most recent session was Past Life Regression. The session seemed brief--however it was over 2 hours in length. I was regressed to a time in "old England" where I was a common worker of the land and had cattle. What was most profound was that I was part of everything. I was the earth, the grass, the field, the lumber in the fence, the cows, the breeze. I could FEEL it ALL and EXPERIENCE it ALL!!! The lesson of the experience was that we are part of ALL OF THE UNIVERSE. Our soul creates all of our experience.

Monthly Empowerment Gosh, I don’t even know where to begin. My best friend discovered Melissa when she lived in Tennessee-she made an appointment with her, and just raved about her to me. Magical Shifts! I have accomplished so much since I first found Melissa. We kicked off our work together with a soul realignment which I highly recommend. It was very eye-opening and really when I first began to see myself as a divine being. We had some empowering phone calls, and I jumped in and did an age regression and later a past-life regression. Those were very powerful and I felt shifts immediately. I look at them as being kind of a short cut to healing. I feel more at peace than I ever have been, more present in my own body, and just more "myself." Highly Recommended I just completed Melissa's "Embody Love" program and it has been one of the most transformational experiences I have had! Firm Believer - 1:1 Healing through Self-Awareness Program I had struggled with depression for many years on my own, not wanting to rely on medication for relief. I had gotten to the point where I couldn't do it on my own anymore. Therapy left me feeling even more down after each session and prescriptions left me feeling sick. My experiences with Melissa were all excellent. Mostly I've done Meditation Workshops and Retreats, one Yoga session. The recent one, "New Beginnings - Journey Within" opened me up to the wonders of thought, intention, love, freeing negativity, and future positive growth for the coming year. Embody Love Program This program is everything! Melissa put her heart and soul into Embody Love. I am so happy I was able to go through this self healing work at the age of 22. Melissa offers many different techniques and a variety of ways to manifest more love into your life, as well as the deeper areas that need a little more attention. The program has different areas of focus, all of which tie together at the end on how to fully live the life you desire and how to do so living authentically through your soul. The meditation work is deep and challenges you to see yourself with no judgment, only love. From this space of love, we are able to heal. Having recently become a certified 200YTT, yoga teacher, I have been able to bring so many aspects of this program into my own teaching. The work was so helpful in my daily journaling as well as looking back and seeing the progress I have made compared to the beginning of this program. It is amazing to be able to go back and listen to any of the meditations that I feel I need on any given day. Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy I had a past life regression session with Melissa. What an amazing experience! With Melissa's gentle coaching, I was able to access memories and feelings from a prior life that have affected my current life and caused my progress to stall. During the session I accessed memories that affect my current difficulties with weight, feelings that I had lost a child, and relationships with two people in this life. Child Birth Hypnotherapy I truly believe in the power of prenatal hypnosis as a way to calm your mind, center your body and shift the pains of contractions to positive energy. Karuna Reiki My son who is 5 is non verbal and has a lot of built up frustration and anxiety. Because he can not verbally express what he wants, needs, or is feeling he would get mad and have horrible tantrums. After learning about Reiki and how it relaxes the body I thought it would be worth trying! I am so glad we did! She has made a huge difference in my sons life. He is able to cope with his frustrations much better and his tantrums want from lasting 5 minutes to about 1-2 minutes. He doesn't seem nearly as anxious and much more relaxed. He has always been a happy kid but now he really seems to enjoy things more because he can relax. I have also seen an improvement in his speech. After his last Reiki session we went directly to speech therapy. During that therapy session he verbalized the "k" sound. And he said it more than once. His speech teacher was so impressed, as the "k" sound is a hard one to teach and learn. I know that Reiki has helped his brain relax so he is able to focus, rather than be frustrated! I am so happy to have found Melissa! She continues to help my son and look forward to many more sessions with her!

I also sought Melissa for regression therapy which I found to be extremely healing and have since gained a new sense of freedom, easiness and feel I am more able to let go, love and simply live without constantly fretting about truly senseless concerns. Lastly, the REIKI sessions have probably been the most beneficial to my daily health! I feel the constant heaviness I had been carrying has been released. Hypnosis for Smoking Cessation I cannot express enough how life changing my hypnotherapy session was with Melissa! To begin, I wasn't 100%... heck 50% sure how or if the hypnosis would work for me to conquer my 15 yrs of smoking. But back in July I knew I had to give it a shot. I first met Melissa when I took her Reiki I training (which was phenomenal. That's another review) before leaving the Reiki class I knew Melissa was a kind, caring and compassionate individual who was deeply connected to the universe in a way I had never seen before. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed in her presence. 3 weeks later I returned for my hypnosis session to quit smoking once and for all. On my way there I smoked the last of my cigarettes and told myself "I don't know how this is going to work, but its GOING TO WORK." I kept thinking to myself on the drive there that somehow I wanted to feel like I had never smoked before. I had no idea if it was possible, but that's what I wanted to feel. The session was very relaxing and the words that stick out to me were 'I am taking my power BACK. I am no longer giving my power away to nicotine again!!' Those were the words that stuck and the words I repeat to myself every time I think I needed to smoke. (Which isn't at all anymore). The first few weeks were trying but nothing compared to the other times I tried to quit. I feel in control of my life again. I am happy to say it has been 3 months since I visited Melissa for my one hypnosis session and I am so happy I did!!!! I have been cigarette free for 90 days and counting. And I'm happy to announce, after 4 weeks, it really didn't faze me anymore! I really feel like I never smoked before!! I'm so relieved, healthier and ready to face life with a positive attitude! I cannot thank Melissa enough for helping me get to this point in my life! I would recommend Melissa for any and all of her services! I can't wait to take Reiki II :) thank you Melissa!!! Divine Feminine Retreat I had the pleasure of sharing the weekend with Melissa and six other women for her Divine Feminine workshop. Karuna Reiki Over the last 5 years I've had several Reiki sessions with various practitioners. I was intrigued by Reiki Sound healing and recently had my first Reiki Sound healing session with Melissa. The experience with Melissa was wonderful. She immediately tuned in and received information concerning the areas in which I had come for guidance. If further clarification was needed, she was able to do that as well. The information is shared in a gentle and appropriate way. I have had many readings throughout the years by many different and well known people. Melissa rates as one of the best and her price is very reasonable. The only downside is that the reading is not recorded and even with the best notes, you still will miss a lot. I was very skeptical of talking to a medium. I didn’t think a complete stranger that I found over the internet was going to be able to tell me things about my life that I’ve never shared with anyone. It was on my Bucket List to do, so I proceeded with doubt. Talking to Melissa was eye opening but frightening at the same time. Melissa told me things that my grandma told me while she was in Hospice, things that I’ve never shared with anyone else. Melissa also asked me about things that I’ve experienced but didn’t understand. Within minutes of just talking she pinpointed the issue and knew how to work on it. I came in expecting great things and those expectations were met and wildly exceeded. She is probably the most trustworthy, intuitive, and compassionate person I have ever met. I came out feeling energized, alive, and ready to move forward. I highly recommend Melissa, she has a gift.

Intuitive Reading, Coaching, & Reiki An amazing experience. Melissa told me things about myself that there is no way she could have known, and I, admittedly, was a little creeped out. Immediately after those first few minutes, Melissa began speaking of ways I needed to heal, and I found myself connected to the words she was saying and feeling at ease. Peaceful. We did some work with visualization and breathing next, and each time I repeat the same exercises on my own, I am filled with warmth and remembrances of my time with Melissa. The end of my private session was spend on Reiki. It felt so connected to most every modern representation of faith, and like an ancient mantra all at the same time. I called a friend of mine to talk to her right after my session, because I needed someone to help me process the intensely beautiful experience I had. I am convinced the beauty in the universe works through Melissa... they have chosen this woman as an instrument for healing and hop.e I am grateful to have been able to experience it.

Psychic Readings - College Event We brought Melissa to Northeast Community College for one of our Student Activities events. We had such a great turnout that some students waited in line for over 2 hours to see her. Every student walked out with that same amazed and impressed expression on their face, and when I asked them if it was worth the wait they all said yes! Word spread quickly across campus of how accurate she was and students have already been requesting for her to come back this year! Intuitive Reading, Coaching, & Reiki

I had been intrigued by Reiki for several years before I came to Melissa for a Reiki session. I have some very stressful things going on in my life that I knew there was little or nothing I could do to change. I was hopeful that Reiki could help but at the same time nervous and anxious at the session would do. Melissa is such a spiritual, loving person that she immediately put me at ease. The session provided more stress relief than I can even describe. She also gave me suggestions for ways to help ease my stress and deal with my situation in a more positive, loving way. The sessions and the suggestions have helped tremendously. The stressful situation has not improved much but my response to it has changed completely so I feel much more at peace than I ever have before. I continue to focus on a positive outcome and hope that it will happen but even if it doesn't, I am better able to accept it. After a couple of sessions with Melissa, I decided to take Melissa's Reiki I and II training because I felt such a connection to and relief from Reiki. I continue to "practice" on myself and hope to become more and more proficient at it. The introduction of Reiki into my life is a god-send and a treasure! I would highly recommend Melissa's services to anyone! I know I will use the relaxation techniques and the use of positive energy for the rest of my life!
